201- IAT- We Look Back at Implementation and Where IAT Stands Now

Sean Carter, AAP, NEACH Sean Carter is Senior Director of Education and Rules Development at NEACH. Sean is the main contact for rules interpretation at NEACH and developing the content for all of the various training programs. Sean is a member of the NACHA Arbitration Board and is serving his second term on the Member Rules Review panel as well as sitting on several NACHA rule workgroups including being the leader of the Regulation E issues group. Sean also sits on the Data Security Project team on the Internet Council. Sean is a nationally recognized expert on the ACH system and is an annual speaker at the NACHA payments conference as well as other various conferences. Sean received his AAP in 1999 and was re-credited in 2004. Sean joined NEACH in 1998.
