Leahy, Dahn & Leahy LLP Ms. Leahy brings over 24 years of financial expertise to the firm. Her extensive experience ranges from public accounting, publicly owned billion dollar multi-national companies to small privately held companies. She excels in the areas of tax, treasury, finance and international trade. Prior to co-founding Dahn & Leahy, she was the Director of Regulatory Compliance & International Trade for GSI Group Inc., a multi-national technology company. In addition to the trade directorship at GSI Group Inc., she successfully held the position as the Director of Tax & Treasury for GSI Group Inc., formerly known as GSI Lumonics Inc. for several years. She architected, developed and strategically implemented tax, treasury and trade departments from the ground level up. She pioneered management development programs which led to upward mobility within her staff. She championed practical and strategic initiatives which benefited the bottom line, thereby improving company performance. Ms. Leahy has been a featured lecturer at several universities, including Harvard Business School. She holds advanced degrees in finance, accounting and business administration. She is an enrolled agent, commissioned notary public and is a member of Southern New Hampshire University's International Finance advisory Board. She is also an executive director on the Board of the New Hampshire International Trade Association (NHITA).
