| Globalization has brought both new opportunities for Corporate America as well as new administrative challenges. Since this activity is focused on profits and more specifically cash generation, managing that cash presents significant and growing treasury challenges.
This presentation will cover global banking and the challenges this presents to either a new or seasoned player in the international market. It will cover the various options available to manage global banking and areas to be considered both from a legal and risk aspect. |

RBS Jeff Tyrrell is currently responsible for assisting Clients of the RBS Citizens, N.A., with their banking needs around the world. Using both RBS and associated Banks, he works with customer to understand their needs and goals in order to put forward tailored solutions to address these requirements. Areas covered in addition to the establishment of overseas accounts include control, liquidity, investment, risk which will incorporate currency exposure as well as the ability to move funds electronically. Prior to joining RBS Citizens, N.A., Mr. Tyrell worked in London, UK. His initial banking roles were with NatWest in London where he obtained a structured background covering both domestic and international banking. He then moved to NatWest USA in London to assist UK & European Clients with banking needs in America which he continued to undertake following their developments with Fleet (Bank of America). Prior to moving to Plymouth Meeting, PA in October 2005, he worked for RBS and assisting their clients who required US banking service. Whilst with NatWest he obtained his Banking Diploma in 1989. His qualification covering International Cash Management was achieved in 2003. |
