| Ronald
D. Flynn, JPMorgan Securities, Inc. Mr. Flynn is currently a Senior Origination Officer for JPMorgan Securities Inc.'s Short Term Fixed Income Group. In this role, he is responsible for originating and marketing secured (Asset Backed Commercial Paper) and unsecured (Commercial Paper, Money Market Loans, etc.) short duration, high grade debt on behalf of the firm’s Fortune 500 client base. Examples of structured transactions include: multi-seller conduits for banks, securities backed conduits for asset managers, and auto loan vehicles for captive finance companies. Over the past five years, we have made significant gains both in terms of league table standings (#1 from #4 USCP) and market share position (25% from 11%). For nine years prior to this position (1994 – 2002), Mr. Flynn served as Head of Short Term Fixed Income Research Sales for JPMorgan covering institutional money managers and advising them on credit / structure and trends in the marketplace. Before joining JPMorgan, Mr. Flynn worked for the Chase Manhattan Bank as a Financial Analyst in the US Corporate Finance Group (1992-1994) during which time he successfully completed the Credit Analyst Training Program and the Sales & Trading Associate Training Program. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame (1990).
