| John
Rogers, Senior Vice President, Moody's John Rogers currently serves as Senior Vice President in Moody's Corporate Finance Group. Since joining Moody's in 1998, John has been responsible for assigning ratings to and monitoring domestic and international companies in the chemical, fertilizer and industrial gas industries. John has over 15 years experience in the chemical industry working for both petrochemical and specialty chemical companies. John also has taken the lead on providing investors with detailed research on private equity backed transactions and documenting their behavior over time. Before coming to Moody's, John worked at Cytec Industries Inc., a Fortune 500 specialty chemical company, in the areas of business development, initially focused on divesting non-core businesses and then transitioning to acquisitions to accelerate the growth of existing businesses or broaden their technology portfolios. Prior to this, John worked for American Cyanamid Company, a large US conglomerate, focusing on the restructuring of its chemicals portfolio and the divestiture of numerous businesses. John began his career as a chemical engineer working for ExxonMobil supervising plant start-ups and implementing process improvements around the world. John holds an M.B.A. in finance from New York University Stern School of Business and a B.E. in chemical engineering from Manhattan College. Andrew Watt, Managing Director, Standard & Poor's Andrew Watt is a managing director and heads the Commodities and Basic Industries Practice in Standard & Poor’s Corporate Ratings Department. Andrew manages three teams of analysts who cover approximately 400 U.S. companies. The Practice is responsible for credit ratings for domestic issuers in the Oil & Gas, Forest Products, Chemicals and Mining & Metals sectors. He also has several years of analytical experience in the high technology, retail and utility sectors within Standard & Poor’s Corporate Ratings department. Andrew joined Standard & Poor’s in 1996 after graduating from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business. Prior to business school, he was a project manager and senior design engineer with Allied Signal Aerospace, where he designed electronic control systems for power generating units, utilized in the aerospace industry on aircraft such as the Boeing 777, F/A-18 Hornet fighter aircraft and Gulfstream executive jet. Andrew holds an MBA from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business. He also holds a Masters and Bachelors degree in Electronic Engineering from the City College of the City University of New York. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.
