Anthony Carfang, Partner, Treasury Strategies, Inc. As a Partner and Director of Treasury Strategies, Inc, Mr. Carfang oversees engagements, which empower senior level managers to make informed decisions relating to strategic issues. He has served many of the world’s largest banks, securities firms and mutual fund companies to develop successful strategies for treasury management, and worked with financial institutions and corporations to develop corporate liquidity products and strategies to optimize the potential of their portfolios. Mr. Carfang received his MBA from Northwestern University, following his BS from Duquesne University. His career in treasury management includes experience as a Vice President in the cash management- consulting group of First National Bank of Chicago. |

Senior Vice President, HSBC BANK USA Mr McGraime is a Senior Vice President and Commercial Executive responsible for HSBC Bank Mr. McGraime is a graduate of Robert Rubino, Executive Vice President, RBS Reza Taleghani, Managing Director, J.P. MORGAN Reza Taleghani is a Managing Director with J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. He initially joined J.P. Morgan's investment banking coverage team in January of 1998 as a corporate finance generalist and is now in his twelfth year with the firm. He has worked in London, New York and is currently the firm's senior coverage banker in Boston. Mr. Taleghani also served as President and CEO of Sterling Airlines A/S, a European low cost carrier headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark. He is a graduate of Brown University where he received dual A.B. degrees in History and Organizational Behavior and received his J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from Villanova University. He currently resides in Boston with his wife and two children. Harvey Thayer, Managing Director, BANK OF AMERICA MERRILL LYNCH Harvey has over 25 years of commercial and investment banking experience. After a six year stint in Energy Lending and running a team within JP Morgan's Asset & Liability Management Group, Harvey moved back to Boston in the late eighties to join Bank of Boston's Large Corporate Division. Over the course of the next 20 years (during which time BankBoston was acquired by Fleet who was in turn acquired by Bank of America), he managed a portfolio of multinational companies, mostly integrated manufactures as well as chemical and consumer products companies throughout the U.S. In April of 2004, Harvey joined the General Industrial Group of Bank of America Securities covering a diverse group of general industrial, primarily multinational and mid-cap companies. Harvey now leads a team of bankers that work closely with investment banking, syndicated finance, risk mitigation, and global treasury services to serve the diverse financial needs of his clients. Harvey is a graduate of Harvard University. |
