Mr. Kalish joined the AFP in October 2008. Mr. Kalish has responsibility for the Finance Practice which includes Corporate Finance, Risk Management, Capital Markets, Accounting and Financial Reporting. Mr. Kalish has over 20+ years experience in Finance, Treasury and Investor Relations.

William Davis, Vice President & Treasurer, Kaz, Inc.
William Davis is Treasurer of Kaz, Inc., a global manufacturer of thermometers, vaporizers, air purifiers, heaters and fans sold under the Vicks, Honeywell, and Braun brand names. Davis’s treasury and risk management career spans more than 20 years at companies with broad international footprints. He has also served as President of the Treasury Management Association of New England. 

A former university professor, Davis holds master’s degrees in German Literature and Business Administration.

Steven Kasok, Vice President & Treasurer, Millipore Corporation
Steven Kasok is Vice President and Treasurer at Millipore Corporation. Millipore, headquartered in Billerica, MA, is an innovative leader in the life science tools market operating in nearly 50 countries with global revenues of over $1.6B. Prior to his current role Steve has held leadership roles in Finance, Operations, and Business Development in companies including Cabot Corporation, Haemonetics, Converse, and General Electric.

He earned a BS in Finance from Clarkson University and his MBA from Harvard Business School


Irene Sudac, formerly with Cabot Corporation
Irene Sudac most recently held the position of Vice President and Treasurer of Cabot Corporation, responsible for the Treasury operations, global funding, financial risk management, pension activity and capital structure design.  During her tenure, Cabot raised debt in the public markets, financed several joint ventures in China and significantly reduced working capital. Irene actively worked with the Coalition for Derivatives End Users to support corporate use of OTC derivatives for business related hedging. Prior to joining Cabot, Irene held various finance positions at Philips Electronics North America, JP Morgan and Credit Suisse First Boston.  

Irene holds an Economics degree from Brown University and a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.


Jack Wagner CTP, Vice President & Treasurer, Harbourvest Partners
Jack Wagner is Vice-President & Treasurer at HarbourVest Partners LLC, a leading global private equity investment firm, where he is responsible for all aspects of treasury management, including global cash management, foreign exchange, credit arrangements, hedging strategies, and risk management. 

Prior to joining HarbourVest, Jack was Vice-President & Treasurer at Sensata Technologies B.V. His previous positions include VP & Assistant Treasurer of Cabot Corporation, Director of Treasury Services of American Power Conversion Corporation, and various finance roles with Digital Equipment Corporation in France, the Netherlands and the U.S. 

Jack received a BA from the University of Connecticut in 1981 and an MBA from the University of Hartford in 1986.
