606-Left to Their own Devices: How Treasury Pros are Integrating Mobile Banking into Their Everyday Operations
Corporate mobile banking is now available through many mobile devices, making cash management easier and more flexible and accessible for “on the go” financial managers. This session will present the efficiencies that can help a business save time and money and feature a corporate user of mobile banking, who will describe the functionality he/she is using and the benefits. Additionally, attendees will learn how the company overcame any security, implementation or other concerns before adopting mobile banking.

Learning Objectives:
Discover what treasury management functions they can execute today using current mobile banking offerings, and learn what other functionality is likely to be available in the future.  
Evaluate the benefits of a mobile banking service, including efficiency gains, based on the experience of a peer using this technology.
Address any potential risks or other hurdles to mobile banking adoption.

Scott Manley, RBS Citizens
Scott is a Senior Vice President and Head of Product – Delivery Channel at RBS Citizens. As Head of Product, Scott is involved in the conceptualization and implementation of emerging technologies and solutions for commercial customers. Scott focuses on revenue generating and process enhancement initiatives as they relate to Treasury Management solutions including, file transfer, online and mobile technologies, secure messaging, and customer relationship management. 

Scott joined the bank in April 2011. Prior to RBS Citizens, Scott was the Director and General Manager of Sears’ first commercial e-commerce platform, commercial web services, and B2B Gift Card site. In addition, Scott has been the founder and CEO of a B2B and B2C startup. He also spent nine years at LaSalleBank/Bank of America building his way up to SVP - Security and Emerging Technologies Executive where he focused on global bank initiatives regarding commercial online transactions and managed multiple applications within the award-winning online cash management portal, CashPro Web, for one of which he has a patent. 

Scott earned his Bachelor of Arts in Materials and Logistics Management from The Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University in 1994 and completed his Masters of Information Technology from Northwestern University in 1999.


Angela Smiles, UHY Advisors, Inc.

Angela is Corporate Controller at UHY Advisors, Inc. She joined UHY in 2001 and has held several accounting roles within the firm. Prior to joining UHY, she worked at ServiceMaster, Caremark and the Archdiocese of Chicago. She has 20 years of accounting/finance experience.

Angela is a CPA and earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Illinois State University
