| Larry Selnick-
Senior Vice President, Treasury & Payment Solutions, Webster Bank Larry and his team of Commercial Deposit and Payment professionals work with Webster’s customers to increase profits by collecting receivables, disbursing funds and investing cash more efficiently and cost effectively, and by providing timely information on their cash flow position. He has over 30 years of banking experience including cash management systems, bank operations and product management. He joined Webster’s management team in 1995 to design, implement and deliver Cash Management services to commercial clients. Larry serves on the New England ACH Board of Directors, NACHA’s Internet Council on internet payments, the Treasury Management of New England membership committee and is a frequent speaker on Fraud Awareness and other payment industry trends and issues. Active in the community, Larry currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Connecticut Chapter of the Red Cross and the United Way of Connecticut/211 Call Center. Larry also serves on the Southern Connecticut University School of Business Finance Advisory Board. He was recently elected by the School of Business as a honorary member of the Delta Mu Delta Business Honor Society. Larry received his BA from Western Connecticut State University and is a graduate of the University of Virginia Graduate School of Banking in cooperation with the Consumer Banking Association. Larry has also completed the UCONN MBA Business Mastery Program. He is a member of the Central Connecticut Association for Financial Professionals as well as the National Association for Financial Professionals (AFP). Larry holds the Certified Treasury Professional designation for the AFP. Kleber is well known for his exceptional work as well as through his professional MIT network. His connections have produced engineering opportunities for strategic partnerships with resources here in the U.S., Argentina, China, and India. Kleber is frequently asked to present to business associations and graduate students on Cloud Computing technology, Neural Networks and Business Intelligence. Kleber holds a MS in Robotic from MIT, a degree in Mechanical Engineering in Robotics from Columbia University, NYC and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnic Institute of New York. He’s also finishing a Business Management Degree at the Harvard University Extension School. Carll Wilkinson, Managing Partner, Executive Search Group A graduate of Fordham University, Carll is the founder and managing partner of the ESG Banking Practice. In 2011, his team conducted 45 searches for 25 different clients across the Northeast on a Retained, Dedicated, and Contingency basis. For the past three years, ESG has conducted a confidential compensation survey for Commercial Bankers across New England and New York. Andy Rosenberg, First Data Andy Rosenberg is a Vice President for Strategic Sales and Partner Management with First Data, the world’s largest processor of credit card transactions. Over the past 14 years in the payment processing industry he has held a variety of roles, from direct, merchant-level sales and national sales, to sales management, training, and his current role managing First Data’s merchant acquiring business with 12 banks. Andy holds dual BA degrees in History and Education from Rutgers University and is active in the Hungarian-American community. He lives in New Jersey with his wife and children. |
