As part of our effort to 'go green', TMANE will not be printing session handouts. You will receive a user name and password link to the Conference Attendee web site in your email confirmation. Handouts will be available by May 1 to view and print and bring with you to the sessions..
Can I attend any session
listed?
The Conference Tracks are designed under specific interest
groups and levels. You may
attend any session you wish either in a specific track or any combination thereof.
NOTE: Attendance at Treasurer's Track sessions (901-904) is limited to
treasurers, assistant treasurers, chief financial officers, vice presidents of finance, and controllers. Space is limited and you must be pre-registered for these sessions.
Do
I have to register for individual sessions?
All session seating is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. When
registering, please
choose the sessions you plan to attend to allow TMANE to plan appropriately.
What is included in my registration fee?
All
educational sessions; the Welcome Wine and Cheese Party; the Evening Reception
on Thursday, continental breakfasts and luncheons on Wednesday, Thursday and
Friday, and all refreshment breaks.
When is the deadline to register?
There
is no deadline for registration. Early registration discounts apply through
March 27. Deadline for Regular Registration is May 4, 2009. Higher registration fees will apply
on-site.
How do I register?
You can register
online, by fax, or by mail.

I'm registering 2 or more members. What rate do I pay?
The member rate is the lowest price available. All members must be
registered individually.
How do I know if I'm registered?
All
attendees will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation/receipt verifies
your registration and how much you have paid. Attendees who register
online are urged to print the receipt copy of their registration to keep for
their records .
My
company needs a W9 form to process my registration

Where/when can I register on-site?
The
TMANE Registration Desk will be located on level 3 of the Boston Marriott Copley
Place and will be open during Conference hours.
How do I reserve a hotel room?
To reserve a hotel room, you may call (800 ) 266-9432 and refer to the
Treasury Management 2010 Conference. Registration is also
available online.
Reserve your room early to guarantee the discounted rate of $275.
How will I receive my badge?
Attendees
registering in advance may pick up badge and registration materials TMANE
Registration desk on the 3rd floor of the hotel. Please note that photo ID will
be required to pick up badges/materials.
Attendees will not be allowed
to pick up other attendee badges/materials.

What
if I need to cancel my registration?
Refunds
require a written request and must be emailed on or before March 27, 2010.
Telephone calls are not acceptable.
What
are CTP Credits?
The CTP Certification Program is administered by the Association for
Financial Professionals. Learn more about it here.
How
many CTP/CCM renewal credits will I receive?
The conference has been approved for up to 15 recertification credits
by the Association for Financial Professionals.
How do I obtain CTP/CCM
credits?
There will be a certificate of attendance posted on the Conference Attendee
section of the TMANE website after the event. A copy of the certificate is also
in the Conference Reference Guide. Please be sure to sign in when entering sessions for attendance documentation.
Can I get
CPE credits?
The TMANE program
has been designed to comply with the requirements set forth by NASBA for CPE
credits for Accountants.
To obtain certification of attendance, be certain to
sign the attendance sheet at
each session you attend and, after the conference, send an email to: mrubel@tmane.org
specifying the number/name of each session. You will receive a
Certification of Attendance on TMANE letterhead to submit with your CPE Credit
Renewal Form.
What are the driving
directions to the hotel?

and enter your starting point.
What
parking options are available?
There is limited parking with the hotel valet service (currently $42/day). The garage at Copley Place. adjacent to the hotel, offers an Early Bird Special

Where
is the closest T stop?
Use the Orange Line to the Back Bay Train Station or the Green Line to the Copley stop.
Conference dress is business on Wednesday and Thursday and optional business
casual on Friday.
How
do I get to the hotel from the airport?
The hotel is located 4 mi West of Logan Airport.
Driving directions: Follow signs for Boston/Sumner tunnel. Pay the toll and stay in the right lane in the tunnel. Follow signs for Exit 26/Storrow Drive. After you emerge from the tunnel, take the second left exit to Copley Square/Back Bay. At the first light, turn right onto Beacon St. Follow Beacon St. for 4 blocks and make a left on to Exeter St. After 5 lights, Exeter St. ends at Huntington Ave. Turn right onto Huntington Ave. At the first light, under the sky bridge, make a U-turn to the left. The hotel entrance will be immediately on your right.
