Lead and manage implementation of new services. Act as a liaison between legal, operating departments and bank on all contracts and service agreements. Perform ad-hoc analysis and other special projects as assigned. Act as primary administrator on web based bank platforms i.e. set up new users, change passwords and maintain audit trail Analyze bank account analysis statements. As part of the team, prepare daily cash position; Prepare cash forecasts including full variance analysis on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Develop and maintain cash policies and procedures. Performs other job related duties as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field and 5+ years work experience in treasury/cash management. Demonstrated knowledge of domestic and/or international cash management practices and regulations. 3+ years of management experience required.
Additional Qualifications: CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) certification is highly desired. Strong knowledge and familiarity with various bank platforms, tools and reporting capabilities. Excellent analytic, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to apply analytical/statistical techniques to large data sets. Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Proficiency in designing and building spreadsheets, graphics and conducting analysis on multiple data sources. Proven ability to plan, lead, manage and communicate in a complex decentralized organization and must have demonstrated ability in creative problem solving. Must be well organized, flexible, and able to independently manage multiple challenging projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work setting under tight deadlines with minimum supervision. Individual should be a self-starter and highly motivated individual who demonstrates the ability to exercise sound judgment and provide recommendations to management; must have the ability to coach and lead others; candidate must possess a collaborative/partnering work style; must have analytical, negotiating, relationship management and interpersonal skills; experience working across multiple levels; ability to problem solve, prioritize and follow up (execution). Harvard experience a plus.
