RESPONSIBILITIES:   
As a key contributor within VistaPrint's finance organization, the Senior Treasury Analyst / Treasury Manager will be responsible for the efficient and cost effective treasury, credit and cash management functions of the Corporation. This position will work with outside cash managers to manage the company's short-term investment portfolio, and will have frequent and regular contact with banks, IT, our CFO, and legal counsel. This position will participate in activities that are significant to the overall financial strength and success of VistaPrint.

Key responsibilities include the following areas:
• Monitor Global bank account balances and activity, and prepare Daily Cash Position Report to establish funding needs and invest surplus cash. 
• Support both domestic and foreign subsidiary funding and general cash management needs. 
• Process domestic and international electronic payments via on-line banking applications.
• Responsible for ongoing bank account maintenance and supporting existing bank relationships.
• Assist in the management of the investment portfolio in accordance with corporate investment policy. Assist in the preparation of investment reports and the development of investment strategies and other investment-related matters. 
• Assist in documenting treasury policies and procedures and implementing treasury best practice solutions in all areas within the company.
• Assist in the analysis and reporting of foreign exchange exposures and the development and management of global corporate hedging strategy.
• To take a key role in formulating policies and procedures in treasury operations. 
• Review domestic and international cash flow forecasting to improve cash flow acceleration and manage currency exposures.
• Oversee Treasury compliance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:  

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of progressive experience in treasury management in a multi-national corporation. Additional qualifications, characteristics and personal attributes will include:
